A few hours away from it all. A morning silent online retreat, to reset, nourish, and restore your energy.


Designed to be accessible to all, to allow body and mind to gently open, as we prepare for the change in the season, the arrival of Spring.


We will move slowly, breathe more deeply, rest in contemplation, and restore mind and body.
