The perfect way to take a little time out for yourself.

An online retreat allows you to rest and restore in the comfort of your home, with no need to travel.

Choose half days or a full day. 

A private retreat can also be tailored to your group or personal preferences.

Mentoring & Supervision Square.png

A great option for Yoga Teachers or Mindfulness & Meditation Teachers, who need help with business, support with client matters, or supervision of practice or teaching classes or courses. Particularly useful to those starting their journey in teaching or in training, but also helpful to experienced teachers looking for support.

Ideal if you want meet online and explore your personal practice with a highly experienced teacher.  You can choose the day and time that works for you and we'll create a session that's as individual as you are.
